Tom started his career at Berkeley Homes Group before moving to Rydon Group in 2001. He became Rydon's Development Director in 2012 heading up the company's regeneration development programme and was responsible for Land, Planning, Design, Project Management, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Tom moved to Real Places in 2021 when Rydon's regeneration business was bought out from the group, continuing his role as Development Director and leading on two major estate regeneration projects in West London for the new company.
He then established Ennerdale Development Consulting in 2023 to provide development advice to the housing development sector, including private developers, housebuilders, housing associations and local authorities.
